You'll need your ASE email account information for the next couple of days. To access it, follow the steps below:
1. Click on this link. It's going to open up a Google Spreadsheet in a new tab.
2. If you're on a Mac, hold down the Command Key and click on "F". If you're on a PC then its the Control Key and "F". This is the "find" function.
3. A tiny search both should have appeared in the Google Spreadsheet.
4. Input your last name and hit "Enter" or "Return" depending if you're on a PC or Mac.
5. It's going to highlight all the places in the Google Spreadsheet that has your name.
6. Find where your name is and copy down the email address you've been given.
7. Your password should be your student ID number.
8. Your student ID number is actually easy to memorize. The first six numbers is your date of birth followed by M if you're male and F is you're female. The last three numbers is just to make your student ID number unique to you in case another boy or girl has your same birthdate. For example. If I was a boy born on June 14, 1998, my student ID number might be "061498M007". The "061498" is my birthdate. The "M" is because I'm a boy. The "007" is just a randomly assigned number so that my ID is unique to me.
9. You'll need your ASE email account and student ID number for a while, so write it down in a safe place.
